Terms of sale
These terms of sale apply to all sales made on the Coriolis website, operated by Coriolis Inc.
Product availability and delivery times
Allow approximately one business day for processing orders for in-stock items, plus a delivery time that depends on the delivery method. We cannot, however, be held responsible for failure to meet these times. If a product is ever unavailable, we will notify you.
We deliver items within Canada.
Note: Some regions of Canada are subject to additional delivery charges. To validate your delivery zone and charges, or for more information, you can write to us at: serviceclient@cerfvolantcoriolis.com
Amount
Prices shown on the Coriolis site are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and delivery charges. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. The price is payable in full, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, in a single payment at the time of ordering.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges cover preparation and packaging costs, plus postage. The delivery address, the number and weight of the item(s) ordered and the total amount of the order before taxes will determine Coriolis's choice of delivery method, in order to minimize postage costs and delivery time. Additional delivery charges may, however, be added. They are based on the region, the delivery or the heavy weight of your order. These conditions and the related charges may be modified at any time by Coriolis.
Payment
Orders placed on the Coriolis site must be paid by credit card or via PayPal or Square. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.
Applicable law and competent courts
These terms of sale are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec, and any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the province of Quebec. If any provision of the terms of sale is held invalid by a competent court, this shall not invalidate all the other provisions, the invalid provision being severed from the other provisions of these terms of sale, which shall remain in force. These terms of sale and all other legal notices posted on our website constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to sales made on the Coriolis website.
