Warranty Policy
Coriolis guarantees the quality of its products when purchased in store or online and offers a limited Warranty Policy on most of its products.
Warranty Period.
Each warranty is valid according to the product type, starting from the date of purchase. Please be sure to keep your proof of purchase, as you will need it to exercise your warranty rights. This Warranty Policy grants you specific legal rights. It does not affect in any way the rights conferred on you by law, if no warranty is mentioned in the "Overview" section.
What the warranty covers.
This limited Warranty Policy covers defects in materials and workmanship for the specified warranty period. Only original, undamaged and unmodified products are covered by this Warranty Policy. This Warranty Policy does not cover damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, misuse, accident, negligence, natural degradation of materials over time, or modification of a product. To be eligible, you must come to the shop with your product and your proof of purchase.
Coriolis will decide whether your warranty claim is covered by the Warranty Policy. If it is considered covered, Coriolis may then, at its sole discretion:
Provide remote repair solutions; repair the product, once the damaged product is returned to the designated location at the customer's expense; issue a credit equal to the value of the product, once the damaged product is returned to the designated location at the customer's expense; refund the customer, once the damaged product is returned to the designated location at the customer's expense.
Our goal is to return your product to you as quickly as possible so you can continue your sporting activities. Our usual turnaround is 4 to 6 weeks from the time we receive the product and begin your repair.
No fees apply to repairs covered by the Warranty Policy. If the defect is not covered by our Warranty Policy, Coriolis can offer you a quote to repair your product.
The Warranty Policy does not apply to products modified, altered or customized without Coriolis's approval.
